What you waiting for, friend?

First, let me say how excited I am for my first blog post...WOOT WOOT!! It has taken a long time of convincing myself that “I can do this”, “you got this”, “girl, if you don’t go ahead and start that blog”. So here we are...together. WELCOME, good people!
Let’s talk a little about “courage”. What does THAT look like to you? To me it looks like sacrifice, a whole lot of faith, self-discipline, confronting uncertainty, and pulling your strength to the forefront to achieve whatever it is you are seeking to do. Courage is what I needed for this blog. Let’s keep it real…for starters, I thought I was too “old” to be starting a blog (negative self-talk has no room in my life!). Then I thought to myself, “Who’s going to read it”, and “When will I have the time”?
“ I am a wife, mother of 2, HR professional, “and I maintain my sanity by having an active social life.” LOL, well I did...until Covid-19 (that's a convo for another day).
We ALL have a lot on our plates, and at times, it all becomes overwhelming. But I am here to tell you, YOU’VE GOT THIS! BET.ON. YOURSELF. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, even in the smallest situations, and although you may fail, YOU CAN STILL WIN!! Even the most successful people have failed at something, but they believed in
themselves enough to not give up and they used their failure as their motivation to succeed.
God is in the miracle working business, and delay DOES NOT mean denial!!
Doors may not open right when we push or pull on them, but trust and believe, in HIS time, they will! We are human and we have our days when doubt or negative talk creeps in, we’re not feeling like ourselves, our finances aren’t in order, and we may not have the support that we think we need. Have the courage to stay the course my beautiful people.
Whatever your challenge may be, PRAY ABOUT IT, be of good courage, and step out on faith.
GOD can turn your heavy burdens into HEAVENLY BLESSINGS!!!!
Until next time,
Kesha La’Sara
