Colors of Friendships...

Have you ever thought “my friends add so much color to my life”? If not, I have LOL! I like to think as my relationships (family and friends) as some of the razzle dazzle needed in my life. When I think of this, I see vibrant colors as well as neutral pallets that all have meaning. For example, you may have those friends that are ready to ride, turn up, a good time, and always got a joke. Then you have others that are more laid back, in listen mode; calm, cool and collected. Regardless of what friend you may have; they play some sort of role in your life that keeps you both nurturing that friendship.

Some of my favorite women and I decided to get together for a girlfriend’s rainbow shoot back in September for one of my friends 40th birthday’s celebration. We carried the theme throughout the weekend from a fun, classy and sexy photoshoot to a rainbow brunch…IT WAS PERFECT!

Each one of these women color my life differently, as do the other family and friends in my life do. I am thankful for the “color” in my life.

Sometimes our color/relationships become faded, and that’s ok…it’s only a moment because we all go through things. Some things you can bounce back from, and some things you can’t; but the beauty of it all is that colors can be revived, or your favorite colors can change throughout the years. Either way; the constant is the way that color (memory, person, “thing”) made you feel.

Here’s to many more years of friendships with not only these ladies pictured, but with all the special family and friends in my life. I LOVE Y’ALL SO MUCH…SERIOUSLY!
